THE SMITH BUILDING SECURES DATA MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN KINGSTON’S LARGEST LETTING OF THE YEAR

The Smith office building at 145 London Road, Kingston Upon Thames has secured the town’s largest letting of the year to an energy sector data provider.

Advised by joint agents Hanover Green and Cattaneo Commercial, the private landlord has agreed a ten-year lease with TMA Data Management for 5,100 sq ft of the third floor.

Tim Meyer, Managing Director TMA said: ”The Smith offers an exceptional quality of office accommodation in Kingston which meets our growing need for workspace where the TMA team can interact and be inspired.”

The Smith provides high specification stylish and contemporary office accommodation over four floors and has been designed with a focus on staff well-being and efficient working. The building lies on the Kingston cycle network and provides changing facilities, showers, and secure bike storage.

David Cuthbert of Hanover Green said: “TMA’s relocation is a prime example of a progressive business seeking to provide the finest working environment for its staff as they return to the office. Business is buoyant and we are encouraged by strong levels of interest.”

Other occupiers within The Smith include The Boutique Workplace Company, automotive consultancy NDK Europe and Reed Employment and there now remains only 10,000 sq ft available for occupation.
