EiA, the specialist in prime luxury real estate, has recruited Mathew Jackson and Gavin Brent to enhance its offer and diversify its client base.

Mathew has over 30 years’ experience in commercial property lease advisory work and joins from Montagu Evans where he was a Partner. His clients include British Land, Land Securities, Dorrington and BEAM.

Gavin was formerly a Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s UK Leisure Business Unit. He provides professional and agency services in respect of a diverse range of leisure property, including pubs, health and fitness, golf clubs, stadia and visitor attractions. His clients include Stonegate, Columbia Threadneedle, Business Design Centre and The Club Company.
