Helios has leased the final 6,000 square metres of warehouse space at its Ayka Helios Logistics Park at Vienna Airport.
Quehenberger Logistics, the Austrian logistics business, has signed a new 10 year lease. The balance of the space has already been leased to Spar Group companies Hervis and Simpex.
The 76,000 sq m scheme is located immediately adjacent to Vienna Airport and is scheduled for completion this August. The development is a JV between Helios and Ayka Solutions.
Helios is committed to sustainable building and is using timber beams and roof decking at the project. In addition, it will feature solar panels and will be a class leader in energy efficiency.
