GCW has promoted Phil Fishwick to director in its Owner team, which advises property owners and stakeholders on retail-led assets within town centres and shopping schemes.
Fishwick who joined GCW in 2015, works with a number of high-profile clients such as Capital & Regional, Sovereign Centros from CBRE and numerous local authority clients, and has provided advice on high street and shopping centre instructions across the country.
