Frasers Group, advised by Sovereign Centros from CBRE, the shopping centre asset manager, has signed several new deals at Luton Point shopping centre in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Fashion and home outlet, Choice is one of a number of occupiers signing for new or bigger shops at the 900,000 sq ft centre which is the dominant retail destination in the town and is anchored by Primark, H&M, and TK Maxx.
Choice has exchanged on a new 13,400 sq ft store with a sales area of 7,000 sq ft and is set to open in Q1 2025. Bakery chain, Greggs has exchanged on a relocation to larger premises within the centre, while children’s toy group, Toytown recently opened a 6,700 sq ft shop. Meanwhile, Indian takeaway restaurant Tikka Nation has taken a 1,788 sq ft unit and will open next year.
