PANDORA SET TO UPSIZE IN BATH

Pandora has secured a new 10-year lease at 56 Southgate Street in Bath and will relocate from its current unit within the Southgate Shopping Centre.

The new store comprises 1,630 sq ft split over two levels and occupies one of the most prominent retail corner positions in Bath, located at the junction of Southgate Street, Stall Street, and the entrance to Southgate Shopping Centre. EE previously occupied the unit.

A rent in excess of the quoting figure of £125,000 pa was achieved on the new lease.

GCW advised the landlord, a private investor, while Stephen Kane & Co acted for Pandora.
