Unity Real Estate, advised by GCW, has secured a new 15-year lease with Gail’s at 64 Hampstead High Street, north London with the bakery also expanding into the adjacent unit at 64A High Street. The upsize adds 1,100 sq ft, bringing the total accommodation to 1,565 sq ft.
Gail’s opened its first bakery at this location in 2005, making it a key site for the brand. The expansion will significantly enhance internal and external seating, improve the overall customer experience, and meet long-standing demand from local customers.
