Bids Estates, advised by Hellier Langston, has let a showroom and workshop facility on Compass Road, Northarbour Portsmouth to Glenrands Limited, an authorised Jaguar Land Rover repairer.
The new facility will provide Jaguar and Land Rover owners in the Portsmouth and east Hampshire area with a new centre servicing and repair for their vehicles.
Glenrands has taken the 15,000 sq ft property on a new 15-year lease.
Andy Hellier of letting agent Hellier Langston said: “We had been aware of the previous occupier’s intentions to vacate the unit for some time and had been monitoring the market to identify a new tenant for the property.
