Belltone, the private development and investment company, has secured detailed planning consent for Midpoint Berkshire, a 172,000 sq ft state-of-the-art industrial and logistics development in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
Strategically located adjacent to the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), Midpoint Berkshire will comprise 11 industrial units ranging from 7,960 to 31,830 sq ft, available for either sale or lease. Each unit boasts dedicated servicing and parking facilities, open-plan storage, and bespoke Grade A first-floor offices.
The first units will be available for occupation from mid-summer 2026.
