IPIF, advised by Haslams LLP, has announced the letting at Millars Business Park, Fishponds Close, Wokingham to Full Swing EMEA Limited, a leading innovator in golf simulators and sports performance technology.
The deal sees Full Swing take Unit 7, 4,692 sq ft of prime industrial and office space on a 5-year lease. The property will serve as Full Swing’s new EMEA showroom, showcasing the brand’s state-of-the-art technology to private and commercial clients.
Millars Business Park is a newly completed development comprising four Grade A industrial and warehouse units, offering high-quality accommodation with first-floor offices, allocated parking, EV charging points, and PV roof panels. The scheme has already attracted dynamic tenants including Hiper Global UK and Carbon Rewind, with only Unit 6 (5,440 sq ft) remaining available. The quoting rent is £16 per sq ft.
