Hanover Green, the niche commercial property consultancy, has strengthened its Central London office agency team with the appointment of Tom Wildash and Alex Kemp as equity partners.
Their recruitment takes the firm’s headcount to 36, making Hanover Green one of the largest independent practices focussing on the office and retail leasing, advisory and investment markets.
Kemp and Wildash join from Colliers where they led that firm’s London office leasing team having previously worked together at DTZ, latterly Cushman & Wakefield.
As equity partners, Wildash and Kemp will add in excess of 30 years combined West End market experience, further enhancing Hanover Green’s reputation for creative landlord and occupier solutions and contributing to its strategic approach at a key period in the office market.
