Leading retail property consultancy, GCW has promoted James Waldock to equity partner. James joined GCW 18 months ago after more than 20 years at JLL as a senior director in the retail capital market division.

The GCW investment team has advised on six shopping centre transactions, including the purchase of Glasgow St Enoch, in 2025.
