Property consultancy GCW has promoted Jack Suiter to the position of senior surveyor.

Jack joined GCW in May 2024 and recently passed his APC. He works in the firm’s 13-strong Owner team advising clients such as AEW, Aviva, Berkely, CBRE IM, Crosstree, L&G Investment Management and Sovereign Centros from CBRE.

Nick Warr, head of the Owner team said: “Jack has made a significant contribution of our business since joining us less than two years ago and we are delighted to recognise his achievements with this well-earned promotion.”
