Praxis, advised by Hellier Langston, has secured a major office letting at Fusion 1, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham to Eight Wealth Management.
The wealth management specialist is taking the entire second floor, comprising 23,000 sq ft, on a 12-year lease. The deal reinforces Solent Business Park’s position as one of the South Coast’s leading business destinations.
Following this letting, approximately 15,000 sq ft remains available across the ground and first floors and strong interest is being shown by a single occupier in the space.
Eight Wealth Management was advised by Maughan Mitchell while Praxis are represented by joint agents Hellier Langston and LSH.
Fusion 1 provides Grade A office accommodation with excellent transport connectivity via Junction 9 of the M27, together with generous parking and on-site amenities. The building forms part of the wider Fusion campus, home to a range of regional and national businesses.
