Bray Fox Smith has appointed Katrina Love as a Director in its Central London team.
Katrina joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including the last 15 years focused on the Central London office market.
She has a strong track record advising both landlords and occupiers on complex real estate strategies. On the landlord side, Katrina has provided strategic input on redevelopment and refurbishment schemes as well as leasing advice to clients including Lendlease, The Crown Estate, Wing Tai, and LaSalle Investment Management.
She has also advised a range of occupiers, helping them secure office space aligned with their operational and branding needs – among them StepStone Group, Quintain and Orion Resource Partners.
