BRAY FOX SMITH EXPANDS INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL MARKETS OFFER

February 16, 2026

Bray Fox Smith has appointed Ben Havery as a director as it expands its industrial capital markets offer.

Havery joins the leading South East and London-focused office, industrial and residential adviser with almost 20 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics sector.

He began his career at King Sturge (now JLL), then subsequently DTZ (now C&W), and Yorkshire industrial specialists GV&Co. His extensive experience includes UK and European logistics tenant and capital side advisory. He has completed multiple transactions in the I&L sector for a number of UK and International funds, REITS, US PE, and investment managers and mainstream developers.

Based in London, Havery will work particularly with Ian Leather who is a director at its Bray Fox Smith’s Milton Keynes office as he works across agency, investment and development in industrial and offices.

Havery said: “My focus at present is to help place capital with developers and to use the experience and contacts I have built up over the years to identify opportunities across the UK.”

Bray Fox Smith has been particularly busy recruiting senior staff and moving into new areas recently. In January BFS appointed Katrina Love as a director in its central London team. Love joined the South East and London-focused business space adviser from BNP Paribas Real Estate, bringing 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including the last 15 years focused on the central London office market.

In October of last year Bray Fox Smith recruited Ed Smith, BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of national markets office agency, who joins in April.

BrayFoxSmithBray Fox Smith was launched in 2009 by founders Rob Bray, Pat Fox and Paul Smith. It now has 21 staff and three offices in Central London, Richmond and Milton Keynes.

The firm has focused on business space advisory work in London and the South East but in recent times has also launched a residential development advisory platform.
