Harper Dennis Hobbs, the retail property consultant, has been appointed by Aurora Fashions, to advise and manage initial and transitional communication with all landlords of the group’s property portfolio.
Aurora has acquired four retail businesses – Oasis, Karen Millen, Warehouse and Coast – from the administrator of Mosaic Fashions. The purchase of these businesses by Aurora Fashions has secured the future of almost 9,000 employees.
The store portfolio comprises shop units in many of Britain’s high streets and shopping centres.
