Plymouth Argyle Football Club has selected Salmon Harvester Properties, a joint venture with Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual, as preferred partners for the re-development of the club’s South Stand and associated commercial development at its Home Park ground.
The club, nicknamed the Pilgrims, chose Salmon to maximise match day non match day revenue through the development of conferencing, retail, restaurants, corporate boxes and a cinema, as well as new 7,000 seater stand. Discussions to confirm proposals between Salmon, P.A.F.C. and Plymouth council are ongoing.
Salmon‘s development achievements at Reading FC‘s Madjaeskie stadium and other successful projects, impressed the Plymouth Argyle Board.
“We spoke to Reading’s directors to make sure Salmon were the right company for us. Salmon will ensure that Plymouth F.C. maximises the returns that can be achieved to support the club n the future.” Said P.A.F.C. chairman Peter Stapleton.
