SUPERDRY TAKES RETAIL UNIT ON THE HIGH STREET IN ST ANDREWS

Cult retail, trading as Superdry, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has taken 106/108 High Street, St Andrews, from Killylane properties.

The young fashion label has paid £88,000pa for a 2,558 sq ft ground floor unit on a 10 year lease, at a rent of £88,000pa.

Robert Darwen from Jones Lang LaSalle Comments: “Superdry will bring a new dimension to retailing in St Andrews.”
