FASHION LABEL EDEN PARK OPEN IN CARDIFF

Moorfield Group, represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan & Macarthur Wilson, has let its shop premises at Capitol Centre, Cardiff to Rugby inspired fashion label Eden Park.
The 700 sq ft shop was let on a new 10 year lease at a stepped rent averaging £24,500 pa.
Morvah Ltd trading as Eden Park represented itself.
