Turnstone Estates has let a restaurant at its Army and Navy development in Chelmsford to Chiquito Ltd.
The Mexican bar and grill chain has taken the 4,609 sq ft space on a 25 year lease. They join a line-up at the Army & Navy which includes Travelodge, Dreams and Frankie & Benny’s.
Chris Goldsmith from Turnstone Estates said: “This new letting to Chiquitos further enhances the tenant mix and follows excellent trading by their sister company, Frankie & Benny’s, in a neighbouring unit.”
Turnstone Estates was represented by Januarys and Wareing and Partners who are marketing the remaining two retail/restaurant units which total about 9,325 sq ft.
