Estama, the asset and property management services company has recruited two new retail leasing managers for its Berlin and Frankfurt offices.
Hendrik Hoeppner, who has significant retailing experience, including a previous role as Expansion Manager for Tchibo in the UK, will work on a number of shopping centre instructions from Estama’s Frankfurt office. Hoeppner’s experience of the UK agency market as well as in Germany is particularly useful for Estama’s large number of British clients with property portfolios in Germany.
Former Kempers Jones Lang LaSalle retail agent Merten Klementz will fulfil a similar role from Estama’s Berlin office.
These latest additions take the number of staff across Estama’s six German offices to almost 80 people.
ESTAMA was founded in 2005 and is currently responsible for managing over €2 billion of property in Germany, comprising over 300 properties and more than 2,000 tenancies. It has experience with all sectors of the property market including retail (including shopping centres, retail parks, department stores and high street shops), offices, distribution and residential properties.
