TIMELY ACQUISITION FOR SWATCH

Swatch, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has taken a shop at the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham, as part of its continued expansion and new format rollout.

The Swiss watch manufacturer will pay £45,000 pa for the 500 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease period. Swatch received six months’ rent free.
