Salmon Harvester Properties and NFU Mutual have launched a new office building at 175, Oxford Street, London, W1, today (04 March, 2010).

The seven-storey building, which has a “Very Good” BREEAM rating, will provide 12,000 sq ft brand new high quality offices over four upper floors. It has efficient floor plates, with an average size of 3,000 sq ft each, which can be occupied in an open plan layout or sub-divided into a cellular configuration.

A rent of £49.50 per square foot is being quoted by letting agents H2SO and Knight Frank on a new lease. The offices are designed to be let on a single or multiple floor basis.
