AXA/IVG SELLS EYOT GARDENS HOUSE FOR £7M

AXA/IVG, jointly advised by Hanover Green and Frost Meadowcroft, has sold its Eyot Gardens House at Stamford Brook in Chiswick, West London for £7m to an overseas client of Albury Land.

The four-storey building has a total area of approx 27,500 sq ft and is located on the A4 junction with Eyot Gardens. It was refurbished by the Fund to provide air conditioned Grade “A” office accommodation.

The second floor totaling 8,500 sq ft was let to IT2 Treasury Solutions in September 2009. The remainder of the building is currently under offer.
Hanover Green and Frost Meadowcroft represented AXA/IVG. The purchaser was represented by Albury Land and Strutt & Parker.
