First acquisition of 2010 for tReds

tReds, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has acquired an 1693 sq ft shop in Barnstaple, heralding the start of the retailers 2010 acquisition programme. Several more deals are in solicitors hands.

The popular shoe brand negotiated a 10 year lease of 64 High Street, Barnstaple at a rent of £55,000 pa with landlord, Taunton Land.

Following its excellent performance in 2009, tReds will carry out an expansion plan over the coming year and into 2011. They continue to seek new units with a minimum sales area of 1000 sq ft plus ancillary, with a particular focus on the midlands and the south east.
