Italian fashion designer disposes of West End shop lease

Italian fashion designer Nara Camicie, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has assigned its leasehold interest on 257/259 Oxford Street, London W1 to Pandora.

A rent of £225,000 pa will be paid by the incoming retailer on the 518 sq ft ground floor shop for the remaining lease period which expires in March 2017. Pandora paid an undisclosed premium. The Crown Estate is the landlord.

KLM advised Naracamicie. The tenant was advised by Stephen Kane & Co.
