Turnstone Estates and Standard Life Investments, on behalf of RBS Pension Trustees Limited, have secured further lettings at their Priory Place development at New London Road in Chelmsford.
Financial advisers Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning Ltd has taken 3,200 sq ft on the fourth floor of the five storey building, at a rent of £21 per sq ft on a 10-year lease. Law firm Gadsby Wicks has taken 3,660 sq ft, also on the fourth floor on similar terms.
Only the 8,770 sq ft third floor now remains available for occupation within the 41,723 sq ft building. Chris Goldsmith managing director of Turnstone Estates comments: “Priory Place provides excellent quality office space, ideally suited for the professional services sector and this coupled with its excellent location is sure to attract other similar occupiers.”
The other tenant in the building is Her Majesty’s Courts Service.
