A touch of Wasabi for Hammersmith Broadway

William Ewart Properties, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has let unit 28 at Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre to Wasabi for £210,000 pa.

The popular sushi and bento restaurant has taken the 2,296 sq ft unit on the ground floor on a 10 year lease with a nine month rent-free period. This will be Wasabi’s first restaurant in Hammersmith, after success at its 11 other restaurants in central and east London.
