Derwent London, advised by Hanover Green and NB Real Estate, has let the first floor to MK Energy + Infrastructure at 75 Wells Street, London W1.
The fully refurbished office space has been taken by the clean energy sources and infrastructure decisions company, at a rent of £35 per sq ft on a five year lease.
