Opencloud signs up to Turnstone’s Edinburgh House in Cambridge

Innovative telecommunication services provider, OpenCloud Limited, has signed up to Turnstone Estates’ Edinburgh House in Cambridge.

The company has taken 1,977 sq ft office space at the building, which offers grade A office and laboratory accommodation within the St John’s Innovation Park, one of the city’s prime science and technology areas. The lease term is five years with a rent rising up to £24 per sq ft in year five.

Chris Goldsmith of Turnstone Estates comments: “We welcome OpenCloud to Edinburgh House which offers 20,208 sq ft of high specification space on three floors with excellent car parking facilities, which would suit a number of R&D and office companies.”
