Tony Birkett, Antony Green and Simon Lees have set up BGL Partners, a specialist firm of chartered surveyors providing agency, lease advisory and rating advice, operating from 10, Argyll Street, London W1.
The agency will advise on all classes of commercial property, with emphasis in the office and healthcare sectors. Focus areas are London and the South East but advice will be given on properties throughout the UK.
The founders have worked together for 15 years and are all former equity partners of the London office of Edwin Hill, which they left in December 2009.
