Learning Tree Finalises its Relocation

Learning Tree International has finalised its relocation by acquiring offices and warehouse properties on Mole Business Park, Leatherhead from Hermes Real Estate Investment  Management. 

Learning Tree has secured the 14,000 sq ft third floor at Leatherhead House at a rent of £23 per sq ft on a new lease for 10 years with a break at the fifth year.

 In addition it has also taken Unit 8 Mole Business Park for the warehouse operation.  The building comprises approx 11,000 sq ft and the rent is £10 per sq ft on similar lease terms.

 Simultaneously  3,000 sq ft at Leatherhead House has been sublet to Sembcorp for a term of 5 years at a rent of £23.50 per sq ft.

 Hanover Green acted for Learning Tree International and King Sturge and Hurst Warne acted for Hermes.
