Paris based luxury fashion brand Loft Design By, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, is to open its third central London store in the heart of Mayfair.
The French mens and womens’ fashion retailer will open a two floor store at 30a Dover Street in London. It will comprise a 54.9 sq m ground floor and 40 sq m lower ground floor. The retailer will pay an annual rent of £57,500 and has taken an assignment of Delphine Manivet’s lease.
Loft Design By was founded by Patrick Freche, who remains the company’s artistic director, more than 20 years ago. It opened its first UK store in Westbourne Grove in May 2009 and opened on Marylebone High Street in May last year. The Mayfair store will open imminently.
Loft Design by was represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan. The landlord Delphine Manivet was advised by Nash Bond.
