Aber – Back in Fashion!

June 20, 2011

Retail giant Next, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe, is to open a new fashion and homewares store in Aberystwyth, west Wales, during August.

The retailer will take a 14,070 sq ft store having secured a new 15 year lease at the Parc-Y-Llyn retail park to the south of Aberystwyth town centre.

The scheme is the largest retail park in Aberystwyth and includes Currys, Halfords and Carpetright as tenants. It also sits next to the town’s principal foodstore, a 50,000 sq ft Morrisons.

Next was advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe. The landlord, Glasgow City Council, care of DTZ Investment Management, was advised by Wilkinson Williams.
