Salmon Harvester has secured a new letting at their Bartley Point development in Hook.
Tomms Pharmacy, who specialise in providing medication to the care sector, has signed a new ten year lease, at £8.50 per sq ft, for the 11,791 sq ft unit 1 building. The industrial warehouse scheme is now over 50% let.
The deal illustrates the pharmaceutical group’s UK expansion plans which will see new hubs introduced across the UK.
Nick Hind, MD of Tomms Pharmacy explains “We chose Bartley Point because of its excellent access to the M3 and national motorway network, as well as the quality of the building. The location will enhance logistics, distribution time and most importantly, our customer service”.
