Highcross has made four new appointments in its asset management team, reflecting the continued expansion of its property portfolio.
At Highcross’ head office in Newbury, Mike Morley has joined as graduate surveyor and Charlotte Anderson as Property Administrator. Mike Morley has just graduated with a first class degree in Real Estate Management and is currently completing his professional qualifications. Mike will be taking responsibility for the Llandough Trading Estate in Cardiff as well as Highcross’ properties at the Treforest Industrial Estate in South Wales and Waterside Park in Bracknell.
Charlotte Anderson has joined Highcross from Qube Learning and will be providing assistance for the asset management team relating to properties in the South, Wales and Northern Ireland.
At Highcross’ Glasgow office, Karen Sweeney has been appointed Facilities Manager, with responsibility for properties across the Scottish region. Karen has joined Highcross from Knight Frank in Dublin where she was Property and Facilities Manager.
A new Regional Facilities Manager has also been appointed for Highcross properties in the South of England. Peter West, who has joined from Capita Symonds, will be taking on the role of Estate Manager at Lakeside North Harbour business park in Portsmouth, as well as supervising facilities management at other Highcross properties in the South.
Nick Turner, asset management director at Highcross, comments: “These new appointments reflect this year’s significant growth in our property portfolio and also a decision to expand our internal facilities management team, a move which we believe will bring added benefits to our occupiers.”
