Henderson Global Investors (on behalf of MRC Pension Trust), advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe and Eric Young & Co, has let a 3,071 sq ft retail warehouse unit on its Allison Street retail park in Ayr.
Companion Care vet services has agreed a new lease expiring in March 2019 for the unit and will pay an annual rent of £25,000.
Other retailers alongside include Pets at Home, Domino’s Pizza, Lidl and Brantano.
