Highcross has let 75% of the 48,000 sq ft Fulwood Court office scheme in Preston, since acquiring it in March this year.
Following completion of the latest letting of 12,100 sq ft to the AA, just one 12,231 sq ft office building remains available.
Iain Taylor, Senior Asset Manager at Highcross’ Northern office, based in Manchester, comments: “When Highcross purchased Fulwood Court, it was effectively vacant accommodation, and we are delighted by the speed at which we have let three-quarters of the scheme.”
Fulwood Court includes four high specification, fully-refurbished pavilion-style office buildings and is located in Fulwood Office Park, part of the Preston North Employment Area. The scheme has easy access to Junctions 31A/32 of the M6 and is 3.5 miles from the centre of Preston.
Baines House, the remaining 12,231 sq ft office building at Fulwood Court, is suitable for single or multi-occupation on a floor-by-floor basis. The building has fully fitted office accommodation and 39 car parking spaces.
Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin Hamiltons, agents for Highcross at Fulwood Court, adds: “The scheme’s high specification finish and excellent location are key drivers in its recent success. Highcross has also received significant interest in the remaining office building, and we anticipate that this will lead to a further deal shortly.”
