Helix Cheval Lets Out-Of-Town Retail Unit To Argos

Helix Cheval, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe and Gully Howard, has let an out-of-town retail unit near Newport, Isle of Wight to Argos.

The retailer has taken the 9,375 sq ft property on the Carisbrooke Retail Park on a 15-year lease at a headline rent of £17.60 per sq ft. Argos is relocating from a 14,500 sq ft unit on the same site which will be refurbished and available to relet from late Spring this year.

Other occupiers on the 41,000 sq ft retail park are Mothercare and British Heart Foundation. Dreams and Carpetright occupy units directly opposite.
