Highcross subsidiary, Pure Offices, is to open its first serviced office centre in Scotland, at the Bonnington Bond office scheme, in Anderson Place, Leith, Edinburgh.
The new centre, which is due to open this month, will offer twenty-one offices, ranging in size from 102 sq ft – 337 sq ft. Pure Offices provide easy in-easy out unfurnished serviced office accommodation on monthly rolling licences, with all-inclusive pricing and competitive broadband and telecoms packages. Virtual office licences will also be available.
Highcross’ Bonnington Bond office scheme is located close to the waterfront in Leith, around two miles from Edinburgh city centre. The building has extensive parking, cycle and shower facilities and a full-time centre manager, and with the adjoining Sugar Bond office building, provides around 75,000 sq ft of office space.
Pure Offices opened its first serviced office centre in 2009, and has expanded its operations through a combination of new purpose-built or refurbished business centres and space in existing multi-tenanted office schemes. It now has eleven serviced office operations, primarily in the South of England and the Midlands.
Pure Offices’ managing director, Nick Smith, comments: “We are very excited about the expansion of our serviced office centre business into Scotland. Our focus is on providing smart, contemporary working environments for budget-conscious businesses, and Bonnington Bond’s central location and thriving business community provides an ideal platform for our planned future growth.”
Julia Deans, asset manager at Highcross’ Scotland office added: “Highcross already has a strong presence in the regional office market, through schemes such as Waverley Gate and Vantage Point, as well as managed workspace options offered by our subsidiary, Bizspace.
The launch of Pure Offices in Scotland adds another dimension to our offer, and for companies choosing The Bonds, flexible accommodation from start-up space, right through to whole floors of 6,000 sq ft.”
