St Modwen Scores Wembley Letting

St Modwen, advised by Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan, has let a shop unit at its Wembley Central shopping centre in North west London to Brighthouse.

The retailer has taken a 3,175 sq ft unit at 19a, Wembley High Road on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £84,500 a year.

Smith Price represented Brighthouse.

Other retailers in the scheme include TK Maxx, Everything Everywhere, and Co-op Food.
