PPMNI, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has let a kiosk unit at its Hammersmith Broadway shopping centre in west London to organic yogurt specialist Frae Frozen Yoghurt.
The retailer will take kiosk 5, a 300 sq ft unit on the ground floor, and will pay a rent of £41,000 pa on a five year lease.
It is the third UK store for the natural frozen yogurt retailer which specialises in 100% fat free products. Its other stores are in Islington and Notting Hill in London. Frae Frozen Yoghurt joins a line-up at the Hammersmith Broadway centre that also includes Wasabi and McDonalds.
