Harper Dennis Hobbs, one of Europe’s leading retail property agents, has been appointed by Las Vegas’ Grand Bazaar Shops to target European retailers and brands to open shops in the innovative new mall situated on one of the busiest stretches of the Las Vegas strip.
Grand Bazaar Shops is Las Vegas’s first pop up retail mall which has been designed to reflect the best from renowned bazaars and markets from around the world – from the magic of the Marrakech souks to the fashion haven that is London’s Portobello Road.
Harper Dennis Hobbs has been tasked with attracting a range of operators – from well known brands, to unique speciality retailers found in high traffic malls, airports or shopping sites, existing kiosk and pop up retailers or brand showcases and product launches.
Grand Bazaar Shops will feature 270 stores in a range of sizes and suitable for a wide range of merchandise. It is situated on the intersection of Flamingo and Las Vegas Boulevard – the busiest part of the infamous Las Vegas strip. A daily nighttime light show and digital and video signage walls will also help attract shoppers.
Richard Willcox, director at Harper Dennis Hobbs, said: “This is an exciting new retail opportunity allowing retailers to showcase their brands in one of the most exciting, vibrant locations in the world with lower entry costs than a traditional store.”
