It will also include a 4,800 sq m office complex, 900 capacity three storey underground car park and a 120 room Holiday Inn.

Retailers including H&M, New Yorker, C&A, Verywear and Mango have already expressed an interest in the scheme, which has a customer catchment of 3.5 million within a 100km radius.

Harper Dennis Hobbs director Richard Willcox, says: “This is a fantastic new opportunity for retailers to be part of a great new centre in northern France with an impressive catchment that includes the Pas De Calais and Picardy regions and is also accessible to shoppers from Belgium too.”
