New Tenant For Edinburgh House In Cambridge

Turnstone Estates has signed up medical product developer Cambridge Medical Innovations at its Edinburgh House development on St John’s Innovation Park in Cambridge.

Cambridge Medical Innovations has taken the whole of the 7,483 sq ft first floor for offices and laboratories. The company has signed a five-year lease.

Edinburgh House is an 18,975 sq ft office and R&D building, with 7,500 sq ft available to let. The development is based on a 1.52 acre site on the St John’s Innovation Park on the northern fringe of Cambridge.

Its other tenants are environmental technology developer Cogent Environmental, molecular research company Macro Innovations, and telecoms services provider OpenCloud. 

Dodson Jones and Januarys acted for Turnstone. Bray Fox Smith acted for Cambridge Medical Innovations.
