LaSalle Investment Management have acquired the long leasehold interest of the above retail block situated in a prime location in Coventry City Centre.
The building is let to both BHS Limited for a further 20 years and to Carphone Warehouse for 5.5 years.
A figure of approximately £11.9 million was paid for the leasehold interest reflecting a net yield of 7.6%.
