PRUPIM Agrees Major Office Letting In Weybridge

London, 17 September – Leading real estate fund manager PRUPIM has agreed a major letting at its 35,500 sq ft Benchmark House office building in Weybridge.

Capita Secure Information Systems, a division of professional services firm Capita, has agreed a 17,723 sq ft letting of the entire first floor of the building at 203 Brooklands Road, which is now fully let. The company has signed a ten-year lease, with a break at year five, and is paying £18.50 per sq ft rent.

Benchmark House is situated less than two miles from the centre of Weybridge and in the vicinity of Brooklands Retail Park, which includes branches of Marks & Spencer and Tesco. It is also close to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and train services to London.

Aaron Pope, Associate Director, Asset Management at PRUPIM, said: “We are delighted that Capita has shown this confidence in Benchmark House. The building is well located for the motorway network, two of the UK’s major international airports, while offering regular train services to London.”
