Leading retail property agents Harper Dennis Hobbs have appointed Martin Morgan, Group Property and Franchising Director of the Tie Rack Retail Group, as director of global travel retail.
With extensive experience in many of the world’s markets, he will further develop HDH’s international travel operations. He has acquired retail premises and has established businesses in more than 25 countries including company owned stores, franchises, joint ventures and partnerships.
In addition, he has researched, negotiated and opened more than 150 stores on airports across Europe, Asia and North America for brands that include Hugo Boss, Armani, Tumi, Coccinelle as well as Tie Rack and Rolling Luggage. He has also opened stores in other travel retail destinations including railway stations, motorway service stations, and cruise ships.
