Greek Investor Makes Borough Purchase

A private Greek client of DE & J Levy has acquired a freehold prime retail investment at 43 Borough High Street, south east London for £2.05 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.2%.

The 1,255 sq ft shop is let to Holland & Barrett on a 15-year lease, without breaks, from March 2012 at a rent of £132,500 a year (£508 per sq ft zoneA).

Kingsbury advised the private vendor.
